Oh, I love this part in Eclipse. It's brief, but hysterical.
Edward can read Alice's mind and Alice can predict his moves. They don't even move their pieces and play most of the game in their heads. Eventually, Alice just surrenders her king....
-- "You don't allow me to go at Diagon Alley, mother. It runs a risk I can meet there a muggle-borns... and... GOD! I can talk with them!" said Sirius ironically imitated his mother voice
I love this part, too. It made me feel all warm and fuzzy, as apposed to most of New Moon. -_-
Eclipse was good though. Except for the whole Bella/Jacob thing *growls* Stupid, STUPID Bella! EDWARD IS A SEXY VAMPIRE!!! Jacob should be killed for luring you away...
But, anyway, this is sooooooooooo preeeeeeeetty.

ha ha ha, i wish i could read alice's thoughts in that moment, too she looks so defeated! btw, your alice is real great, you actually managed to develop a character design for her!
This was one of my favourite scenes from the book.
I love how relaxed they all look (well, maybe Alice isn't quite relaxed, but yeah.)
You did a very good job

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
